Our Team

Given that this non-profit social enterprise is in its infancy, we currently have a small team who are steering the ship, but we are hopeful that this will grow to a core team of individuals over the next few years. If you are interested in joining us as a volunteer then please Contact Us here. Read about our Founder and wider team below.

filippa brundish: founder

With over two decades of experience as a management consultant specializing in IT-enabled transformation programmes, Filippa has had the privilege of working across borders and cultures, contributing her skills to innovation projects in more than 20 countries across five continents.

Filippa’s professional journey has been a varied and dynamic one, and each valuable piece of her past experience is now being ploughed into setting up The Kindness Cooperation – PRINCE2 practitioner, Program Office coordinator, change manager, leadership behaviours coach, business case, strategy and transformation roadmap developer…  Filippa is now developing her own vision and strategy for TKC, and it feels like her career has brought her on this journey for a reason.  She cannot wait to see where it will take us!

As a wife of a primary school teacher, and since becoming a mum of two now primary school-aged children, Filippa is somewhat fearful of the direction the world is moving in –the cost of living crisis, the NHS on its knees, the ever-increasing gap between rich and poor, the anti-social sides of ‘social’ media…  She hopes to play a part in helping to resolve some of these social issues by increasing kindness across society and facilitating partnerships that will help make a difference for the people that really matter.
